Heh... I'm riding one to work every day & commuting around town with it. I like it more since got a 22 tooth cog. Now have low-low, low-medium, medium-high. Handles well, seems to efficiently transmit pedal power, solidity inspires confidence over rough stuff. On the other hand, it doesn't cushion the shock. And, of course, it's very heavy.

My commute is a 2 mile milk-run, slightly downhill. Of course, coming back is slightly uphill - but I think I can manage.
