Regular 26 x 1 3/8 tubes are fine as long as you recite the Schwinn incantation before you install them. I think there's an early version that includes the application of the very rare Arnold Schwinn's vintage urine (guaranteed to prevent flats), but you'll do fine without it.
We got some of that in a box of old parts at the bike co-op once, but it was all dried up, so you couldn't use it.
