Here's mine. I just added the aerobars last week (Profile Design T2+). Weight is right around 23 lbs with a water bottle. I haven't upgraded much though the current wheels (Xero Lite XR1) were essentially a necessary upgrade since i b0rk3d the rear wheel from the original set (Xero XSR-3) when hopping over a drain gutter grate. Current tires are a Michelin Dynamic on the rear (rotated from the front) and a Krylion Carbon on the front. Topeak Road Morph pump is on the seat tube, and i've got a pouch for food on the top tube, a gel flask on the stem, and the cyclometer (Cateye Astrale 8) mounted to a Minoura Swing Grip under the stem. Seat is the original Fizik Aliante with a DeSoto neoprene cover. Drivetrain includes Truvativ compact cranks (with 50/34 chainrings), 105 rear derailuer, Tiagra front derailuer, and a SRAM 12-26 casette (from which i removed the 26t cog and replaced it with a 29t cog for climbing).
