That's rather nice. It's not really "stealth" per say yet it fits in well with the typical panels found on certain frames, especially with the black trim on the ends. I do, however, (broken record time) suggest that you use red tape in the rear of your bike. Especially since N.S. mandates a "a reflex mirror or lamp on the rear exhibiting a red light". It might be nit picking but CYA.
I have to say I like the reflective bar tape. I may use that (in black) on the upcoming road build
