I just searched out this thread because I have probably around 700kms on my campy 10 speed and I have had similar problems. I took off the bar tape and checked everything and found no change. The drivetrain just seems damn fussy, I guess I should just put a hell of a lot more miles on it and see if it changes. keep us updated.
