The fixie riding/savvy wrench at my lbs told me that track lockrings (namely, the dura-ace and soma ones he showed me) are smaller than those for bottom brackets.. he had a two-size/two-ended hook spanner that was definitely smaller. (EDIT: now that I've seen a pic, it was probably a Hozan)
Cav - guess yours is a bit of a freak of nature, as it's what I used to match a wrench at MEC.
