I dont have experience with the Rotary tools but if it is like the rest of Mastercraft stuff it is prolly o.k. I have abused/misused/broken Mastercraft tools on regular occasion and they always replace the busted ones no questions asked. Rotary/Dremel + carbide cutting bit = cut anything.
