You're right, that's an outdated website. Ebay does have a couple on sale right now for a very good price:

My only negative comment is that at 56cm center to center they are V E R Y W I D E. Good if you are broad shouldered.

(I was just looking at that old webpage...Scott sure made some interesting handlebars!)
