I know that shoe size interpretations vary slightly by company- in the cycling world and in the regular shoe world. Some shoes by half a size, a few makers by even a full size. But this is ridiculous.

A 43 should never run two and half sizes big. That's ********, and smacks to me of poor quality control rather than a fussy sizing chart...
I thought USA 10.5 was larger in euro sizing? I wear a 10.5 USA running shoe (Salomon) but my Shimano M181 mountain shoes are size 44.5. Fit perfect.
