Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

You need 1/16" (0.0625) shim stock. A hardware or auto supple store should have strips of shim stock in brass or Al you could cut to fit. A strip cut from a plastic container might also be made to work.
