My Resolution has just as much climbing traction as my Fast Trak on horribly rooted stuff and I've never washed out or slipped out or ate it or whatever you call it with my Resolution up front, but it has happened once or twice on my Fast Trak. It could be the knob/tread differences, but the funny thing is that the Fast Trak sticks and hooks in on corners a lot better than my Resolution did on the rear.
