The question is could I smooth out the welds at the joints? I've asked a few metal working persons and they all say the same thing "It should be fine, but I wouldn't do it without the manufacturer sayings its ok" So i'm going to call Tony on monday and ask. Oh and what size cone wrenches do I need to repack a campag record hub from the early-mid 90s
Last I heard the IRO frames are all powder coated and then clear coated. You may have a heck of a time getting the powder coat off (maybe...). I think Ryan and Keith were talking about it a few weeks ago and Ryan decided not to take the repainting plunge...
