interesting.. so I got a good look at the fork and the asswipe at canadian tire didnt fill the botton part of the fork with ball bearings so now I have to buy some and fix that myself. Earler I was trying to put the bike back together because it was taken apart everywhere and when I went to put the for back on I couldnt get the cap overtop of these metal rings

I should have paid more attention when I was taking off the fork but i didnt if someone could tell me how to get that cap over those rings that would help me out alot
