Most companies produce frames up to 63cm but very few shops stock anything over 59. Cannondale makes a 64 cm.

I'm 6'6" and 235 pounds and I ride a 63 road, 64 cyclocross and a custom mountain bike which is close to 24". I use 25"s on the road bike with the rear at 100 psi and the front at 90. The cross bike I use 28's at 90 rear and 80 front.
