Page 6 of the 1971 Paramount catalog HERE on Bob's SLDB site has diagrams for both the track and the road Paramounts, but without dimensions. The diagrams are intended for use by customers who wanted custom frames. The track bike head and seat tube angles were 74°, and the road bike head and seat tube angles were 73°.

The fork rake on the P14 track bike was 1 5/8" and the fork rake on the P13 and P15 road bikes was 2".
