I like "pancaking", so I'll steel it.

I weigh anywhere from 185 to 200, I used to totally swear by super-high pressures more than anyone, and I know all about 'pancaking', especially when off the saddle, but I now never use more than 125/130 rear and 115/120 front (absolute max), and that's on very smooth rides. For rough roads I'll drop to about 110/100.

I used 20mm Continentals with 160psi for years (very stooopid), until I couldn't buy them any more, then I went to Vredesteins and Vittorias because of the 145psi rating, and it probably took another year for me to come to my senses.

Anyway, to answer your question (sort of), I can't imagine why the rims wouldn't take 130psi.
