In case you plan on extending your trip to Northern Europe: hope this does not spoil the fun for ya, but in Nordic countries stealth camping is essentially legal, based on a concept called "everyman's rights". The idea is to camp out of sight, not disturb anyone (including animals, e.g. nesting birds) and leave the place as it was.
