Insurance companies will
always say that. They're not in the business of handing money out, they're in the business of making profits for their shareholders. And they do that by not paying out. That means blaming your husband for his injuries.
You need a lawyer to deal with them the minute they start apportioning any blame onto your husbnad.
Glad he's OK, though.
