Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Front wheels are symetrical while most rear wheels are dished to compensate for the width of the freewheel/cassette. Front wheels have 9 mm axles and the fork dropouts are sized for this diameter while rear axles are 10mm with corresponding dropouts. Finally, almost all front wheels have a width of 100 mm OLD and the forks are spaced accordingly while rear wheels are 120, 126, 130 or 135 mm depending on the "speeds" and intended use.

You would need a custom fork with 10 mm dropouts and wide enough to take whatever rear wheel width you use.
