Same bike, I know very little about dick power except he built some pretty nice bikes presumably from the 1920s to sometime in the 50s. I only know about him because in my research for corky I found that corky took over dick powers shop on long island NY... I don't know if he apprenticed him but I suspect Corky may have. There are a few picks of old dick power bikes here and there on the net, some of the all chrome ones look not unlike paramounts.
