RE: bleeding nipples: Was suffering from joggers nipple once (indeed, gcl8a, dont run in the rain w/o 'protection), so for my ride, i put some Bag Balm on my nips as a preventive measure...I now I have a white jersey which looks like I'm lactating. So, if anyone wants a free white jersey, PM me.
