It has been obscenely windy the last couple of days. Yesterdays ride home was the worst. 30 mph headwind 1/2 the way. It gusted to the point I could not ride at more than 8 mph. Plus, I had to pick up the kid and tow him home in the trailer. More miles. By the time I got home the temp was around 50F and still very windy. So tired....

This morning my legs felt like logs and I took it easy. However, they couldn't even keep up with my usual recovery ride speed. Fortunately it is now calm and warming up. I think I may eat everything I have at work to give me some needed energy. ugh
I want to crawl under my desk and nap. Should have taken the train.
