Just Loctite them. I like Ritchey's adjustable stems because even though you have to take them apart to adjust them,you don't have to worry about them coming loose. They're generally lighter than other adjustable stems as well.
I'm surprised how light the Ritchey adjustables are. But I'll still probably get rid of mine, since I don't need it.
