Bikes: Pinarello F4:13 W/Campy Reecord & Blue RC6 W/SRAM Force

My shoes are having to be replaced under warranty. The right BOA isnt working right and Specialized has no tools available to remove the BOA so theyre having to send me a new pair of shoes.
