Actually what looked like rust was nothing more than brown dirt. There was no pitting, no scratches and no dings. Just some water and dishwashing liquid made them look nearly new, then I did a fine shine with Mothers. Even the brake pads are about 80% and the metal pad brackets shined up beautifully! The pictures don't actually come close to how shiny they really are, I was amazed.
