Isn't that a folding bike?! If so, your near-metric-century ride is even more impressive!

As far as my riding my age, well, I only have a "few" extra miles to go.

I do want to achieve a metric century by the end of the year. Currently, I ride 10-mile time-trials (same series as that of jppe and his brother), and my training doesn't require distance riding as much as 20- to 35-mile routes on which I simply push myself to go faster. But, I do want to do a metric century, so I will start increasing my time in the saddle by adding up to 10% more miles on one of my rides every week. I'm in no hurry, though, as I don't want to risk injury that would keep my off the bike: riding is not only great physical exercise, it's also essential for my emotional well-being at this point.
