I think the Rally was the bottom of the barrel or the olympic as an above poster mentioned. I have overhauled a few rallys and sold them for $100-120... and those had steel wheels but work for someone who just wants a fair weather rider and road bikes are the in 2 wheel transportation round these here parts.
