FWIW, I don't believe that's an '83 Traveler, it looks like a '79 or '80. Both years offered that "Scarlet Flame" color. I had a '79, it was a very nice riding bike. But it did have a 1020 steel frame, whereas an '83 would have a chromoly main triangle. I believe I can see the 1020 frame tubing sticker, and the graphics on this bike aren't right for '83-
