I have used Avid OEM pads, Kool Stop pads, and EBC green and red pads.

I prefer the EBC's greens over all of them. The Kool Stop's had the most bite, but didn't modulate for crap. The EBC's take longer to bed in than the others. They're down right weak for a while. Once they're bedded, they last a long time and have plenty of power and modulation for general riding.

The Avids are okay. That's it...just okay.
