I am riding a steel 12 speed road bike right now, and I'm looking for something lighter to ride in town

I tested the Giant Bowery, it feels just like a road bike. It has flip/flop rear hub, so I can switch around. It's pretty good except....the Bianchi Pista and Iro looks better!!!

All of them are fixed gear..... Which one should I get? or which one is a good entry bike?
