Relaxed geometry bike choices!!

Reading the forums I noticed I am not alone in my question. I am hoping this forum can help me with my choices. I currently ride a Gary Fischer Paragon mountain bike. I typically ride on rail trails and the like. On Memorial weekend we rode a 164 miles on the Katy Trail here in Missouri, so I’m not exactly a beginner, more like a novice. I want to get a road bike to join the many riding groups we have in the area. Also, I have a goal of doing the local MS 150 this year in September. I plan on regularly riding 20-40 mile rides with occasional 60-100 mile rides. I am 42 years old, 5’8” and 160lbs and in moderate shape, bit of a belly (Smile). As I have been reading, I am leaning towards the relaxed geometry bikes like the Specialized Roubaix Comp. I would like to spend around $1800-2200. Below are the bikes I am looking at. My goal is to get the best bang for the buck. Any suggestions you may have on narrowing the field of bikes or widening it would be appreciated?
