It is a Motobecane Nomade. The frame is lugged steel. I don't see any rust on it. I can't tell what brand the components are but it is a 10 speed. The wheels are in decent shape and appear to just need to be trued up. It would be a good candidate for a fixed gear/single speed.

standover sounds perfect, top tube might be a touch long, but nothing a different stem cant fix. I think it would be a great commuter for me. Let me know how you would like to do this kevin. Thanks
