Jamis Zenith Comp
I just bought a Jamis Xenith ['Zenith'] Pro frame that I am building up. I don't think the Jamis qualifies as "relaxed" geometry, since its angles on both the head stem and seat post are 73 degrees.

I ride an '04 Lemond Buenos Aires. Lemond is definitely relaxed geometry, with a longish top tube. Can't speak for the others, but would love to try the Specialized and, espeically, the Bianchi.
