I just pulled the trigger on a Scott CR1, but I went with the pro. Interestingly enough, I almost went with the Bianchi C2C. I felt the Bianchi was a little more comfortable and due to a slightly longer wheelbase, easier to keep in a straight line for more 'relaxed' rides. I'm not sure about the other frames you were thinking about, but as far as what you are looking for- the Bianchi was specifically designed for that purpose. I only went with the the Scott because I didn't want to sacrifice any performance for comfort (not that it would have been all THAT much of a sacrifice).
But, as always- ride them first and see what YOU like. But, my two cents is to lean toward the Bianchi.
