In addition to the info Pastorbob provided, if you look at the tubing decal at the bottom of the seat tube and it identifies the frame as being made of 1020 steel, you can at least determine that the bike is pre-'83. As I said earlier, it looks like a '79 or '80 to me. My '79 was that color, it's unmistakable. And the same color was available in '80 also-
