I work with Ti every day on our company aircraft. It is as likely to gall threads as stainless is, which is to say that it is a good idea to use some form of thread protection. The combo of stainless and Ti works very well and I do not expect you will see any problems.
Remember that lubing threads is necessary with stainless or Ti. Also remember that most forms of threadlocker do much the same thing as thread lube during assembly. Plus, liquid, anerobic threadlocker will do a good job preventing any dirt/corrosion from getting into the threads over time. This makes disassembly possible after many years vs. a corroded setup.
Most forms of loctite will soften with heat. So, a heat gun or a soldering iron will help on the small fasteners.
I hope this helps.
