No problems throwing chains.
Shifts front and rear are crisp and clean.
I agree with others that I would love a shorter lever throw, but I am not complaining about it either.
I have, but I am using a compact, and I don't think everything was adjusted correctly. I have since done some more adjusting, but have not gone back out for a long enough ride to test it out.
