FSA BB failure update

So I sent an e-mail off to FSA concerning my broken BB. They said to get back to them with my purchase date, reciept - all the usual crop - to get a warranty claim number. I replied and told them that I didn't have a reciept, and that that I'd bought it on e-bay, and couldn't be exactly sure when that was, but that it sure looked like it had never been used when I got it.

Long story short: they gave me a number anyway and told me to mail the broken BB in. They wouldn't make any promises, but perhaps I could get a discount an a new BB. They sent me a new one in about a week. Sweet. Nice to know they were willing to stand by their stuff, even if I wasn't able to dot all my I's and cross all my T's.
