I have two road bikes and I have LOOK Carbon KEOs on both of them. Changing pedals between bikes would be a PITA and I like being able to simply hop on one bike or the other without having to screw around with changing components out. I do have one set of shoes though so I can go from bike to bike without having to deal with small differences between shoes/cleat placement.
