Thanks, I'd be interested to hear it - I'm actually on a daily med that helps a lot, but I realised I actually forgot to take it night before last That is not very useful!

Talked with a couple of people at work and feel a bit better about the situation here. I'm not the only one getting nervous so we are kind of supporting each other. If all else fails, there's a couple of people who will be good references for me and can network me into another position.

Agreed My ride in today was kind of chilly, but I beat the rain by a few minutes. I felt sort of slow and tired, but not in too unpleasant a way, if that makes sense. I took it easy, noodled along in low gear, and didn't worry about the time.
