Ah riding in heat is never fun, back when I didn't have a car I had to bike 6 miles to work everyday back and forth during the summer. A few of those days it exceeded 100ºF degrees one day I think was about 102ºF and that wasn't factoring in the humidity. It was a really humid day and when I got home factoring in the humidity it was about 113ºF degrees . Ah bad thing too is I jumped in the pool right when I got home. No joke the second I got out I was already sweating again.
