Yes, thats a fullsize Fuji folder with a 4130 cromo frame. The bike originally came with lowend Shimano 5 speed and steel everything, though the rims were alloy.

Updated and lightened, mine actually saw quite a bit of use as a commuter. Pull the seatpost and it folds quickly to hop on a train or fit in a trunk. Not a bad ride, but can be a bit flexy in BB area on the big hills.
