Ouch! Glad it wasn't worse. Re: Hotsprings, After riding all day there are few things better than sitting in the hotsprings, BUT, do not expect to ride more than a mile or two afterwards. From personal experience, I can tell you cycling is somewhat problematic when your leg muscles have turned into something resembling well cooked noodles!!
