The reason it is so cheap is because, well for one its on sale, but mainly because it is a very low line flatland bike. Very good for beginning though. But with one piece cranks and stuff, it could use quite a bit of upgrading. I have to sell my flatland bike and it really sucks because i spent a lot on it and i really really like it. you can check it out on the "What do you all ride" post on this forum.
