You haven't seen any other bike commuters in Arlington? Wow. I live and work in Alexandria, my work is spread across five buildings and two parking garages. Two buildings have 1 bike rack, two have two bike racks, and the fifth I don't believe has a rack but at least one of the garages have a bike cage. The racks are nearly always full in the summer and the times I've gone past the one cage there have been a handful of bikes in it.
