I'm in an hour before anyone else...gives me a chance to get cleaned up, changed, eat breakfast and catch up on emails. I screwed up a few contractors on a couple days off though...they assumed everyone got in at that time and ended up spending an hour in the parking lot waiting for someone else to arrive.
