I can't comment on the Reynolds decal, but Schwinn might have used anything they had lying around (my '75 P-10 has this same decal and it was placed at the top of the top tube). The other decals were stock Superior decals for the framesets that were sold as just that -- framesets (1982 - 1984) -- not listed in the catalog. The only one missing is the top tube "Superior" decal. I've seen them in orange, black and platinum grey, but this is the first blue one I've seen and could be a repaint. The serial number seems to jive with other Superiors where the first number is the year. '2' = 1982 and the rest is sequential.
