i thought it was going to say elbow grease, but i guess patience is better.

but to be more helpful to the original poster, how bent is it? if it will still spin while in the fork, it can most likely be trued up. but if it is really out of whack, chances are you should start searching garage sales, craigs list, ebay etc. truing a wheel will only work when it isn't completely bent
