Yesterday I tried a new commute. It takes me through farmland and woods and fields on dirt paths. Adds about 4 miles onto my ride but it's pretty. The only drawback is I can't slow down or I get swarmed by black flies. I attached a google image of most of the alternative route.

This morning's ride was nice too. Temps in the low 60s. Sunny. Bit of a headwind but not bad. I did a little dirt trail riding through some woods. The Michelin Transworlds are nice for going fast, but it's fun to have the knobbies on so I can go off into the dirt too.
