It’s hard to say what’s the best route from Penn Station would be. The Jones Falls Trail and adjacent roads are all nice and scenic but you have the switch backs (ADA complaint) to get up out of the stream valley and over to Druid Hill Park. Dropping down to Mt Royal then finding your way over to Eutaw Pl is also a nice to a not bad ride.
